How does it work?

Our Integrated Pest Management Solution (IPM) consists of nine steps.

Following these nine steps allows our Pest Control Officers (PCOs) in assisting clients with a complete solution for the efficient management of pest activities.

The IPM Solution consists of the following processes to ensure a pest free environment:

  1. Site inspection

An internal and external inspection of the site is performed to indentify the target pests and the level of infestation found on site.

  1. Identification

The correct identification of the target pest is critical as this will assist with the treatment methods and recommendations to eradicate the infestation quickly and efficiently.

  1. Evaluation

The target pest and infestation will be thoroughly evaluated to assist with the proper treatment plan which will be implemented.

  1. Elimination

The target pest will then be eliminated by the correct method, either using chemical treatment, housekeeping or pest-proofing recommendations.

  1. Restriction

This is done by implementing the pest-proofing and housekeeping recommendations.

  1. Monitoring

This is performed on a monthly basis and assists with keeping the infestation to a minimum at all times

  1. Ongoing maintenance

Regular inspections and recommendations will be done.

Following the above steps, record keeping and quality assessment audits are then performed.
